Late Shri CA. Pukhraj Kalani founded the firm in a modest office in Jodhpur. This humble beginning built a foundation of trust with our clients, marking the dawn of a new era.
The firm forayed into a new geographical area by adding Pali as its Audit Office in the leadership of C.A Shri S.D Kalani was also the firm's first article trainee. Later on in the year 1964 a branch is opened at Pali.
Mr. P.S Kalani's Successful election as Member of the Legislative Assembly was a testament to his leadership and vision. His successful tenure as MLA helped him to achieve deep understanding of the region's needs and his commitment to public service along with his professional responsibilities towards the firm.
Opening of the Jaipur branch under the able leadership of visionary Late C.A Shri C.L Jhanwar ,another article trainee of the firm and later nurtured by LateC.A Shri K.L Jhanwar marked a significant milestone in the firm's expansion and growth.The firm not only expanded its client base but also strengthened its reputation as a dynamic and forward-thinking enterprise.
Expansion of firm to Kota, under the headship of another article traniee of the firm Late C.A Shri S.D Jajoo a city known for its industrial significance was aimed at tapping into the vibrant local economy and serving a diverse clientele. This move facilitated enhanced service delivery, allowing the firm to cater more effectively to the needs of businesses and individuals in the region
Opening of branch in Bhilwara, textile hub of the State of Rajasthan by C.A Shri S.P Jhanwar ,marking a pivotal moment in the firm's growth.By setting up operations in Bhilwara, Kalani Office not only expanded its market presence but also reinforced its reputation for delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions.
Induction of 17 highly skilled professionals as partners of the firm over this period played a crucial role in assisting a Stellar Growth of the organization and ensuring provision of quality services to various industries catered.
The firm became the founding member firm of the network Kalani & Affiliates along with J.K Tejwani & Co. LLP. Through this strategic move the firm could expand it services geographically as well as into different areas.
With the induction of 10 Dynamic professionals as partners of the firm taking the total tally to 28 partners, laying the foundation for a solid and prosperous future.
As a outcome of numerous efforts made by partners & employee chartered accountants,the firm continues to operate it's wholly owned offices at various location including Jaipur, Pali, Kota and Bhilwara taking the total area under use to more than 15,000 Sq feet.
