Virendra Parwal


Mr. Virendra Parwal, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1997 and is associated with the firm since then. He has also done Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) and has completed post-qualification courses, including a Certificate Course on Indirect Taxes from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), which highlights his specialized knowledge in this area.

Mr. Parwal's extensive experience in the field showcases a diverse array of expertise, particularly in Goods and Services Tax (GST), Appeal Matters, Service Tax matters, and income tax cases related to search and seizure assessments.

Furthermore, Mr. Parwal as a regular faculty member for Chartered Accountants imparts knowledge at various forms such as ICAI and other associations on GST.

In addition to his educational endeavors, Mr. Parwal has held significant leadership roles within professional organizations. He served as the Chairman of the Indirect Tax Committee (Service Tax and Excise) of the Tax Consultant Association, Jaipur, for the terms 2014-15 and 2015-16. Moreover, as the representative of the ICAI Jaipur Branch in the Regional Advisory Committee of the Central Excise and Service Tax Department, Rajasthan, Mr. Parwal has played a pivotal role in shaping regional taxation frameworks.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Parwal is dedicated to social causes and community service, currently he serves as the Secretary of Banipark Dharmarth Sansthan which provides affordable medical consultation services in various disciplines including Allopathy, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, and pathological tests to underprivileged individuals. Additionally, he serves as a director in the Lions Club Jaipur Chartered Accountants, showcasing his leadership skills and active involvement in community service, further enhancing his profile as a well-rounded professional and community leader.
